These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ikon-edition.com website and the vehicle wrap, window tinting, paint protection film, chrome delete, and signage services provided by IKON Edition (“IKON Edition,” “we,” “us”), located at 23251 Peralta Dr Unit T, Laguna Hills, CA 92653.
Use of This Website
By using this website you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. Content on this site — including text, photos, and logos — is the property of IKON Edition unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.
Quotes & Estimates
Quotes provided through our contact form, over the phone, or in person are estimates based on the information available at the time and are subject to change following an in-person vehicle inspection. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Scheduling, Deposits & Cancellations
A 30% deposit is required to book your appointment and order materials; the remaining balance is due on the day of installation. Because materials are ordered specifically for your job, deposits are non-refundable once material has been ordered.
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeit the deposit. Appointments can be rescheduled once at no charge with adequate notice.
Warranty
IKON Edition warrants its installation workmanship — including edge lifting, bubbling, and peeling under normal use — for 12 months from the date of installation. If a defect covered by this warranty appears, we will repair or re-install the affected section at no charge.
Films and materials we install (vinyl wrap, window tint, and paint protection film) carry the manufacturer’s own warranty, which we pass through to you at the manufacturer’s stated terms. We’ll provide the specific manufacturer warranty documentation for your material at the time of installation.
This warranty does not cover damage from accidents, improper washing (including automatic car washes with brushes), abrasive cleaning products, or normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
IKON Edition is not liable for pre-existing damage to a vehicle’s paint, trim, or body not identified during the pre-installation inspection. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IKON Edition’s liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
